Chris heads-up the culinary team at the Shropshire based Mytton and Mermaid Hotel, and is also a published author of the ‘Momo-No-Ki cookbook,’ critically acclaimed by New York Times Food Editor, Peter Kaminsky. Additionally, Chris is ambassador Chef for Luker chocolate, and has recently returned from a research trip to Columbia, alongside industry food magicians MSK.
