Iced Billington’s Gingerbread Latte

Cool down your summers day with this spicy iced Billington’s Gingerbread latte . Here’s how to make it:


  1. In a tall glass, combine espresso coffee with  gingerbread flavoured syrup. Add a small amount of boiling water to dissolve the coffee and syrup. Add desired amount of ice. Pour in milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Billington’s Gingerbread crumbs.

  • 4 tablespoons espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons gingerbread flavoured syrup
  • 120ml milk
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder/extract
  • As much ice as desired
    To Decorate:
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Billington’s Gingerbread crumbled
